Can antioxidant supplements help you in looking and feeling younger? Do they really contain anti-aging properties that so many supplements are so keen to promote? Antioxidant supplements alone will not do much in your attempts to look and feel younger, unless you also lead an overall healthy lifestyle by eating well and exercising. Sleep well, drink lots of water and regular exercise are all essential. Again, supplements are just what their names suggest – they provide an additional layer of benefit and protection – you still need to make sure your basic foundations are strong.
