Natural antioxidant supplements such as green tea can provide alternative nutrition and health for bodybuilders. One outstanding benefit is that these are commonly natural and do not expose them to artificial or processed chemicals that are usually associated with bodybuilding supplements.

Do note however that despite other recommendations, you should try not to stack green tea with other dosages of caffeine, as green tea already contains high levels of caffeine which should be sufficient, combined with the performance benefits mentioned earlier.
